Adjustable strut top mounts

Anyone have any installation instructions or links to a video to install the adjustable strut top mounts? The dealer never installed them on my 19 R and who knows where they are now. Just picked up a new set but can’t find anything on the install. I reached out to the dealer and they also cannot find any info on the install.

Received them in the mail today. There are detailed directions from Ford. Weird the dealer could not find nothing.
