5.0 Vert here. Top down, I leave at normal. Top up, Sport.
I’m almost 70 and more deaf than not- - you guys running track mode will be joining me in deafness soon! 😂
70 ain’t nothin’ but a whippersnapper. At 74 I can say that with impunity!

I live in track mode, period, both in my GT convertible and my Machs. Even going by a LEO I just moderate the throttle. Too late to join you in deafness; I’m there. For maximum enjoyment I suggest turning your hearing aids up!

I use Track mode specifically when my asshole neighbor to the left is out working in her yard. I'll switch to Track mode and rev it a bit.

It's absolutely louder and even has some pops now and then. Very annoying to anyone nearby.

I don't drive in Track mode too often because I can actually get a headache from the rumble.

Oh dear, if "almost 70" is awesome then what does that make me at 80, other than a crazy old man enjoying life...
To be fair, I don’t know of any 70+ year olds around me driving anything remotely as exciting as a Mustang GT. My parents and all of their friends are in boring SUV’s at this point.

Almost 70?? That's awesome!
It‘s not awesome being 70; it actually sucks but trust me when I tell you it gets worse!

I suspect what you mean is that its’s awesome an old guy is still out there wreaking havoc on public roadways and I agree with that! But it’s reality and you can choose to either sit home and watch it on YouTube or get out there and join the fun. I’ve personally never had to think about it too hard, and won’t until they wrestle me down and take my keys!

Hey, at 74 I ain’t walking too great but I’m still driving just fine. And I can get in and out of my Mustangs just fine too!

Track mode is the only mode. I'm already deaf so what's a couple more decibels.

Mine is a garage queen with 3,000 miles, but I do use track mode when heading out.

I've had it for about 13 months, and last week put it in quiet mode for the first time, that was really, really quiet, I was surprised how much it was toned down.

That’s the whole concept of an active exhaust! I’m also in the old guys club as will be 70 this Sept. and no hearing issues yet (knock on wood). Drive almost exclusively in track exhaust mode with an FP X-pipe for added volume. Love the sound ripping through 1st, 2nd and 3rd snug in the Recaro. Hate it in the summer with the windows up and the AC on!
