This isn’t the first time.. One of his older videos done the same thing. It’s YouTube!! They want views!! A stock car isn’t going to make 30 more rear wheel hp After the first baseline run. Just isn’t gonna happen unless something was changed. I smell something fishy.

Its a dyno lol. They can just adjust a few parameters and the dyno "autocorrects" in whatever direction they want it to.

Shade tree tuners are famous for this shit. 80+ whp tune on 93 fuel! Then they use their dyno to prove it lol. Look at their settings and its -3000 DA because they are not actually using any real weather information just what they input.

I had my Quadrafoglio dynoed at one of these guys and according to them it was putting down like 800 whp. I told him he was wrong and he got PISSED.

It really dynos around 680-700 ish. No way it picked up 100HP because the weather was nice out that day.

They pretty much said the delta (post mod minus pre mod) was their measurement. I'm thinking they know the dyno isn't registering properly. The real question it doesn't appear to be repeatable either, so if I were Xander, I'd go to another shop that maintains their equipment.
