I could see that, but I just don't need the big screens, heated cooled seats, heated steering wheels, power seats and all that heavy stuff. I like it fine in a luxury car or even trucks, but just don't care for it in car built for performance. I don't even want all the nannies. I usually have...
Is there anything else different about the euro stangs? That was a full second slower than mine was stock. I knew the Mach wouldn't fair as well being a manual and I'm sure heavier.
I've ordered a set from Paul as well and it was a great experience. He's quick to reply, very informative and super knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again.
FWIW, Motortrend has them both at 4.2 for 0 to 60. IMO though, unless you need the extra space, it's the Mach 1 all day. You know what they say about opinions though.
I think the Nitto R2 will be a good choice for you. It's probably the best option for an all around tire for the hp you'll be making. I run two sets of wheels, one for track and one for street, but if only running one set I would consider that tire.
It sounds like you've kinda answered your own question. I myself would choose the Whipple, but I think in your case, the Roush will be the better option all things considered. Those numbers you've posted seem very high to me though. Must be some upgrades involved. You're probably going to...
Suspension is completely stock except for sportline springs that were already on the car when I bought it. Weight reduction is Braum seats, rear seat delete, BMR k-member, Mike Thomas fab front and rear bumper bars, DSS aluminum ds, Baer race brakes and of course wheels n tires. I've found no...
11.3 at 124 first time out on E85. Since with a little more weight reduction I've gone 10.9 at 126. Still need to get a tune revision done. I've never retuned since the catless header install. It's also pulling some timing now up top due to false knock. Once all that is taken care of I feel...
No way would I go extremes, but that's because I have full lenth catless headers and the 3" double x pipe. It's extremely loud with the sports. I loved the sports when I was on factory headers, ford performance x and the sports. Had a great sound without being insanely loud. You may be ok...
I've only heard rumors that they're going start making them again, but nothing definite. Through multiple FB marketplace deals I ended up with two complete CJ set ups and will be selling one of them. It's a ported CJ, VMP twin 67mm tb and JLT intake. Just message me if interested.
