2022 Official Mach 1 Order Tracking Thread

They quoted the same, about $150.00 and I will have them do it, as I do have the time. I was hoping to pick-up the car somewhere in July. I have a conflict picking up the Mach 1 the last two weeks of August if it gets there by then. Hopefully to pick-up the car in September.

Lol, local Ford dealership is all confused as to why I want an alignment on a car with 220 miles that didn't hit anything.

I also scheduled an emergency dental appointment this afternoon. heard that my dentist has a red Mach 1 as well. town's too small for two Mach 1s, especially red ones. (in fact, statistically I should have the only Mach 1 in town by a significant margin, and with the take rate of red ones, the only red one in the tri-parish area.

If you’re going to the effort this early make sure they remove the set screws from the camber plates.

Well, I am moving anyways, so it's not really a big deal. I do know I do not have the only Mach 1 in Mobile.

How do I know you ask? Because after literally avoiding dealers and mustang meets for over a year to keep from seeing a Mach 1 before I saw my own, (I had caught a very quick glimpse of a JFG one going opposite way on a 2 lane highway in traffic, so just seeing the color in a blur knew what it was), I was moving my stuff into new temp apartment when an orange one pulled up and parked next to me....my neighbor. Had to sit there and see a M1 every single day for 3 months while I waited for my car. His wasn't an HP though, and the HP is just on a completely different level than the base in terms of looks.

To those who have already picked up their cars, especially from Granger, how did you first hear it was at the dealer? Did you get an email from Ford, or a call or email from the dealer??

The concern for me considering my order is only a month behind yours is that he may know something from his insiders that we don't. You are the fortunate one sitting in the catbird seat, a place where I would happily roost. Me, if see the "Unscheduled Clean" come up too many more times with FP I'm goiing to have to switch to cask strength Bourbon

The sensation gets worse when it arrives and you have to wait from them to tell you it’s ready for pick up

when mine came in and got the call it was ready, I had to wait 3 weeks to go, due to having stuff every single weekend in between. I had to make a 48 hour round trip from baton rouge to iowa because it was july 4th weekend so had to get back. but each weekend before knowing it was sitting there and paid for already was painful after a year wait.

Well worth it. Wife and I spent 7 days driving all over Kentucky last month going to distilleries for me and wineries for her. Bought so much booze to take home that our car would have looked like a nuclear explosion if we were in a wreck!

I toasted with a whole bottle of Woodford Double Oaked, I need to try the Casket Strenght

Double Oaked is legit too. Very similar to the cask strength (this year’s is 118 proof).

I'm kind of in a good spot right now, but if it doesn't come in this week, it would be monkey wrench time. I have plane tickets and hotel reservations for the week before Labor Day. Everything is changeable, but it would cost me more, and be a crazy day changing 8 nights worth of hotel stays, in 7 different properties. Wish me luck for a timely delivery!!!
