That dealer must have been set on making the sale, and getting some sort of commission out of it if he was willing to chew you out for that. The first thing I discussed with my dealer before putting in my order was about obligations in the case of not being able to purchase the car when it got built. He said to not worry, and that there are no obligations. For whatever reason, if I decided to abandon the car, they would just put it up for sale and it would more than likely be sold within a week. I believed him too, because a customer decided to abandon his special order (700A, HP, shadow black with red brakes), and picked up a used shadow black 2019 GT350 they had in the lot at the time. He tried to sell me the Mach 1 because it just arrived when I was inquiring about it, and I declined cause I was looking for a red one. Funny enough, he messaged me 4 days later saying that the black HP Mach 1 sold.

I was stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Tustin and El Toro in the early nineties with many trips to San Diego, Camp Pendleton, etc. CA is truly a special place.
We were thinking Savannah or Charleston, need to be by the ocean.You could always move to Arizona!
You were there right before they closed El Toro then. My aunt and uncle lived in the flight path back in the F4 Phantom day when I was in single digits, then they moved to the flight path of Miramar later. Couldn't get away from Naval Air.
Come on over to the East, Charleston and Savannah are beautiful. Heck you could come to Wilmington, we have several good beaches.
