cup 2s actually handle well in the rain, better traction than the super sportsThank you Stephen, I have always had a stick, and my order for the auto was mainly for my wife. She wants me happy, so the go get it and smile statement was all I needed. The cooled seats were a must, I really do not fit in the Recaros well.
I would drive it back, but the thoughts of rock chips on that black paint along with the cup 2 tires, if I run into rain have me a little gun shy. Some of you have stated the cup 2 are ok, but from what I have read, they do not like any water.

when I drove the GT350 home in March, it was the freak snow storm in Ohio/PA that started after I flew in to drive it back...had no choice but to drive it the 600 miles back to VA in the non-stop snow. did okay with the cup 2s until it got to about an inch of snow/slush, then I got sidelined twice until enough cars passed to clear out a tire track in the road then I was back at it... worst first drive ever, but none the less, the tires did survive
