2022 Official Mach 1 Order Tracking Thread

The dealer I ordered from has 25 total Mustang orders still pending without build dates.
I was Priority code 17 and now 16 - does this mean anything?

Chances of me getting my HP Mach1 are not looking too good.

Any leads for dealer in Northeast that can get a Mach 1?

I spoke to the head of Ford Performance this past weekend at Carlisle, Carl Widmann. He said the 2022 Mach 1 is down on power compared to the 21’s because they had to restrict the air intake with some sort of charcoal filter and the cats are much more restricted to comply with increased emission standards. The cats are the reason why the 22’s are so mush quieter than 21’s.

That sucks.
Do we have video of how the 22s sound vs 21? I assume putting 2021 exhaust/headers would fix this.

With all the parts available for the HP, you could even buy all the parts and have them waiting, for conversion. Do sort of how I've been doing with other parts (clear tail lights, X-pipe, Oil Separator, HP wheels, etc.). I've got a couple grand worth of parts waiting to get installed on week one. The extra set of HP wheels are getting powder coated, after I get word mine has been built.

You pick a color for the powder coat yet? Bronze? Gold? There seems to be so many flavors these days.

Just get aftermarket long tubes and tune it. Problem solved and you'll have no more restriction.

Did anyone who ordered from Grainger get a purchase agreement when they ordered the car, I’m not talking about the sales order.

You will receive a signed preview order summary outlining the options pricing and your final price plus DOC and In-Transit tag fees. You will not receive a purchase agreement until they physically have the car and all numbers are finalized.

Is there any way to know the number with the Vin? I see an N with 8 numbers in my vin. Im

My understanding is the number plate is just put on sequentially as the car makes its way down the line…but the cars on the line are not in vin# order. So they are not directly connected prior to assembly. Maybe I have it backwards?

The car I looked at a couple weeks ago had the gurney flap, spring spacers (for transport) in the trunk, pre-delivery they installed the front lip and front wheel arch moldings.
