I have an HP order with Chapman in Horsham, PA that hasn’t been built. Ordered 8/10/21 then reordered 10/30/21 after cancellation.
I'm an 11/5 order date. Are you also a priority code 10?

Are you being sarcastic, I don't understand? If I ordered my M1 HP in Feb. instead of last Nov. (over three months after when I actually did) and it got built yesterday I would be ecstatic. Did they say they cancelled somewhere that I missed?

On another tack, after three years I still don't miss leaving facebook.
Look at the picture. It’s not a Mach.

I know the priority codes do not necessarily directly correlate with getting scheduled, but does the code change? Like if I were at 19 back when I ordered in November would the number likely be lower by now since orders have been built, and theoretically I should be higher up on the list to get scheduled? When I asked the dealer the other day in an email what my priority code is now, they did not really answer my question, so just curious if it changes as times goes on.

At this point I am thinking the Ford scheduling algorithm is similar to the old Dungeons & Dragons game... If it is the first two weeks of the month, roll a 16 sided dice. if the die indicates 1, then schedule a build date. Anything else, wait 5 turns. If last two weeks of the month, wait 8 turns.

I just got an email from Ford rescheduling my Build Week to 6/20 one week earlier than last Thursdays email!

ANYONE NOT SCHEDULED with a Ford email confirmation before Dec. 2021 should be contacting their dealer and pushing them to contact their Regional Manager to expedite their order or at least improve your Priority to 1.

I am sure that Chapman still has many M1 orders that are yet to be scheduled, Granger has at least 30 from what some people on here have said, but all of the one's I've heard of are orders made after January 2022.

With an order date so old, somehow you must have just been passed over.

Many years ago when the Raider football team was moving to L.A. my father put a deposit in on the first day their season ticket waiting list started. He got to pick seat location way towards the end, after people he knew had put their name in only weeks before the waiting list was closed. Later the Raiders admitted that someone had inverted the list, and they started with the newest applications choosing seats first.

$hit happens, but I would raise a stink, and start making calls and sending emails. Your dealership should be doing this too! I know outside forces have messed things up, but someone really screwed the pooch to not give Re-ordered M1's first priority.

I vaguely remember how @Zach@Granger explained and I doubt any dealer is going to give away their recipe in a public forum. Remember that we are not the ones buying from Ford, but the sales are between Ford and the dealer (the dealer then sells the car to us). I assume how Ford allocates on what each dealer gets is ultimately based on economics: The more you buy from me (Ford), the more merchandise I reserve for you (dealer)
This year has been much harder to predict on the 'how' things are allocated. For 2021 it was pretty straight forward. This year about 40% of our orders currently have VINs and we're waiting on the rest.

When do window stickers show up?
My car shows to be in production this week, one week early, my windows sticker uploaded to the tracker site last night. I have to say it is all a little unbelievable due to waiting so long but I’m glad it’s finally happening.

I can’t speak for anyone else but I went from priority 19 at order confirmation to priority 01. The priority bump didn’t seem to change my build week unless maybe the priority bump created my build week because it seems earlier than others that placed their order around the same time I did. 🤷🏻‍♂️

🤷🏻‍♂️, last week when everyone was posting they had build dates I emailed Granger to see if there were any changes in priority code or build week. I was told I am now a priority 01 but my build week didn’t change.

Two questions:
1. Has anyone heard of any HP cars in silver getting build dates?

2. Anyone else have an HP order in with Chapman that hasn't gotten a build date yet?
I ordered a '21 HP with Chapman in August that was cancelled. Re-orderd '22 HP with Chapman and received confirmation on 10/19. I called Chapman to inquire after missing the March scheduling. Unfortunately, I have not heard a thing about the order since then.

10-19 are internal codes the dealer can change any time. At the start of each scheduling week the dealer gets a report and can change their priority codes then to ensure what they want gets built. Your dealer could insert cars in front of you in priority if they choose to. 19 is just the default customer order. You see a lot of cars change to a 2 right before scheduling, but that's ford doing it.

FWIW Chapman, priority 10, non-HP, Dec 8 order and I haven't heard anything.

TBH they don't have a lot of control over a 1. That's up to the regional manager. Chapman hasn't been especially helpful in my experience. I suspect they may be playing favorites with their priority codes as well. Like when I got a updated DORA my code had gone from 10 to 18. When I asked about it they never showed me a submitted order with that code, just a draft. In any case they could change it at any time. They were also giving me the run around about where I was in line to be built.

It's starting to smell like Chapman may be part of the problem. Either their orders are not submitted correctly, or they've been demoted in priority by Ford.
