Little disheartening to see all you guys get scheduled when I was a cancelled ‘21 order from 8/10/21 and still nothing on my ‘22 reorder from 10/30/21… **insert: the longest heavy sigh you can possibly imagine**

I’ve had an order in with Chapman since 8/10/21. Me and one other person are the oldest mustang orders they have…Hopefully my HP Mach 1 Premium gets scheduled in the next round…

I called yesterday and the lady I spoke with was not helpful at all in regards to my order. I’m going to call back today to try and discuss with the general manager.

How did you get your priority changed to 01? Please explain the steps.. I reached out to Chapman Ford (my dealer) and the sales person I talked to didn’t seem confident my priority could be changed. (Even though I’m a cancelled 21’ order). That being said, she was also just an extremely rude...

I have an HP order with Chapman in Horsham, PA that hasn’t been built. Ordered 8/10/21 then reordered 10/30/21 after cancellation.

Ya know, the logic in this whole thing really wants you believe that…but I’ve literally seen dozens of my exact order get build dates when they ordered months after me.

Ohh it exists, trust me. I have all the Ford emails and have verified it from Ford. Turns out that even though I was a canceled ‘21 order that was then updated to a ‘22 order I’m still somehow not a Priority 1… can someone explain that to me?

Is there anyone on this thread that ordered their Mach 1 through Chapman Ford and actually received a build date? I ordered my HP Mach 1 from Chapman in August of 21’.. To no surprise it was cancelled in October and then reordered for 22’… As of today I have no build date and I’m starting to...

Yes, I received the email and I’ve verified my order with Ford multiple times… I’m not trying to be a complainer, as I’m a HUGE Ford fan/supporter, but it will most likely be a full year from order until I actually receive my car.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m super happy for you that your car got scheduled… but the fact that I placed my order three months before you and somehow you’re ahead of me in line is complete and total BS. AND I was a cancelled ‘21 HP order.. Ford, if you’re listening, get it together.

I also reached out to Chapman and received the same response. A little annoyed since I ordered with them in August 2021. Crazy to think that it might be close to one full year from ordering before I actually get my car…but I guess this is the world we live in now?

JIT only works if you have a functional supply chain… which we haven’t had since January of 2020. If you don’t think they’re hoarding parts then you are mistaken. Also, what do you think costs more?: leasing an offsite warehouse for parts so that you can have continuous and seamless production...
