the Dark Matter Grey is a sick color. That looks really sweet.
Thanks! It looks different colors depending on angle and sunlight. Haven’t seen any hp’s in that color.

Have been a Ford/Lincoln guy for years, but never ordering another one again. Previously, the longest wait from order to delivery was 8 weeks. Now it is 8 months, maybe more. No thanks.
Careful, talking like that will have the Ford dickriders come out of the woodwork to tell you that Ford is doing their best and you really need to be patient while they schedule orders placed 2-5 months after yours for production first.

You could feel a difference and it was quieter. Believe what you want just go test drive both years and see for yourself.
I spoke to the head of Ford Performance this past weekend at Carlisle, Carl Widmann. He said the 2022 Mach 1 is down on power compared to the 21’s because they had to restrict the air intake with some sort of charcoal filter and the cats are much more restricted to comply with increased emission standards. The cats are the reason why the 22’s are so mush quieter than 21’s.

Then putting the Resonator delete X-pipe in should be awesome.

won't remove the choke. I guess there will be a mysterious jump in '21 header orders placed to the parts department.
I guess my '21 stock headers went up in value once I replace them with my Kook's. At the end of the day it's still restricted.

I would be curious to see the differences. A new design in hardware would take time and engineering, not saying it cannot happen, but the turn around is awfully quick. If you look at the CAI from 21 to 22, the only noticeable difference is the location of the MAF sensor.
If someone could post up some pictures of the 2 years it would help.

They are working and building our cars…hopefully! They don’t do scheduling every week. The scheduling for Mustang builds through July is complete. They usually do the schedule for Mustang builds at the end of the month. Based upon what we’ve seen this year, they will probably do the scheduling the last week of June for August builds. Hoping no unplanned shutdowns due to parts shortages.
Have to wonder what people at the factory are doing considering this has been going on for weeks now. Is everyone just on paid leave lol

Likely just a difference in the catalytic converter itself and not the actual shorty header to your point.

Well, I have cancelled my order today. Order details are in signature.

FYI, I placed it with Lebanon Ford north of Cincinnati OH. They informed me they are definitely keeping the order so maybe contact Bryan Pence if interested.

Granger might have another one, eventually, at MSRP if, and when, my 11/1/21 order ever gets scheduled.

I am so glad I found a 2021 locally with the exact same options as the one on order. I have been able to enjoy the car since February, with a Mach 1 Track Attack and two track days since then. The car is awesome!!

As I've said several times previously, a car in the garage is worth two on order. Lol.

i guess we will see if they list at MSRP or not. did they give you back your deposit with no hassle?
