I would go H pipe. Better sound IMO. Less rasp the better. IMOAn X-pipe from steeda will get you back that 10HP & might I add that you'll be getting a nice sounding exhaust ;)

Hell, aside from a complete aftermarket CAI unit, upgrade the restrictive paper air filter to a reusable mesh type, and there’s 5 HP…
Want another 5 HP? Ditch the restrictive factory exhaust from headers back… easy peasy…. Now you’re back to pre-2022 HP figures…
True. But if you did that to a 2021 MY you'd end up with 470 HP. So you're still worse off with the 2022 MY no matter how you look at it.An X-pipe from steeda will get you back that 10HP & might I add that you'll be getting a nice sounding exhaust ;)
The year is 2042. Nostalgic automotive enthusiasts are beginning to collect the last vestiges of ICE performance cars. Of the Ford Mustang Mach 1s of the period, the 2021 model is preferred without question, due to its higher horsepower rating.
So it is written, so it shall be.
there is no gasoline to be had for any price. The year is 2042

Yet the 2021 owner will still have bragging rights!there is no gasoline to be had for any price.

Except in this case the rating system hasn't changed - or at least we don't know that it has. Until proven otherwise, we can assume that the actual power output is indeed lower. When the horsepower ratings change due to hybrid and electrification, where will we be?
I remember the disaster in the 70's when the ratings changed. It was utter madness.
Changed. You are not alone!just because of some fat, useless beaurocrats everywhere whose sole purpose in life is to make our lives as miserable as they can.
most of the CAI threads have at least one post pointing out the futility. The FP tune though fixes drivability or fills in unnecessary holes lower than peak. Chasing peak is dumb, but "look how fat and level my torque curve is" doesn't have quite the ring and requires a more intelligent conversation partner.Funny how the forums are full of people trying to squeeze every little bit of extra power that they have at least a remote theoretical chance of squeezing (e.g. CAI, X-pipe, throttle body, Ford Peformance tune, etc.), and spending a lot of money to that end
