Curious as to what you determined - alignment wise?
Hopefully this weekend I will get it checked out. Sorry, I will post the details eventually.

Kinda was messed up.

Glad you resolved it!

You willing to speculate as to whether it was incorrect the day it left Flat Rock?

Enjoy your ride !!
Not sure honestly. I don't know what the previous owner did at such low mileage but like I said before test drove it and it was very bad. Chevy dealership "tired" to alignment but it was way better than that test driving night. All and all very happy with it and my tires are happier too.

That's still aa loooott of rear toe. Thrust angle should be 0. Equal toe on each side (regardless of the number) will make that 0.

Part of reason it pulls right is due to the combination of the natural crown in most roads (leaning right) and caster is higher on left, (which makes it pull right). 1 degree cross-caster is a lot for most new Fords I've aligned.

Yup totally agree on the road issue, I still see this, even pulls to the left on some roads lol

The Cup 2's definitely tramline in the truck grooves. It did it so badly when I first test drove mine, thought something was wrong with it. Luckily, we finally found some better roads on the test drive, and it did not pull at all. It pulls very little on most of the roads near me (which are in pretty good shape).

Best place to check pull for me, is in a center lane of a nicely paved highway (3 lane at least).
Don't use fast lane, as they usually crown left. Most "pulls", if I have one get worse at speed, hence
why I like the highway check.

Spec is .15° toe in per side for the 30° total. Thrust angel is always 0°. You achieve 0 thrust angle by having toe match perfectly side to side.

Yea I took it back to the dealership, after driving it more, it felt off again. I had to steering left a little to keep it straight. They wouldn't align it again stating it could be other things so I took it to another dealership and they aligned it again. The front toe was off again -.25 left, .031 right and total toe was -.57. They also noted my right front tire was a 2023 tire and the left was a 2020 tire so driving home it slightly pulls right but I may need to get new tires to replace the 2020, originals

The question is have, how did the alignment get so far off again? Is something wrong? Did they have the wheel turned when they did the alignment?

It's really odd to have it be that far out again almost immediately.

I agree with you. I am not sure honestly. I do drive down a bumpy road with patches of road fixes but not sure if that is why. It shouldn't throw it off that quickly unless curb or pothole the fronts. I am going to bring my results back to the orginal dealership but I am sure they won't care of the findings but I don't want to be a pain about it. Just hoping other GT500 owners when reading this can chime in from the search results or from this forum.

My recent experience with this subject...

Do you have a lift or good jack stands? Are you mechanically inclined? If so, you can fix and manage this yourself. You have all the current settings from the last "professional" alignment printed out for reference.

I had a 2020 GT500 steering to the left recently AFTER a Ford dealership alignment. The car had been in track alignment setting and drove perfectly straight. However, the camber was maxed out and I didn't want that for street use.

Ford set it to a more street friendly setting, but of course, it now steered to the left after they did it. If had that steering wheel site line at 12 o'clock on any half decent road, it would drift. I brought it back, they said they got it straight. Not. Now it was steering to the right when the site line was at 12 o'clock.

I jacked up the car, marked the tie rods with torque paint so I could recall the existing toe, and adjusted both tie rods in the direction I needed. One full turn of a tie rod is a HUGE correction. Watch the tire movement. It only takes maybe a ÂĽ turn to make a noticeable difference. After a couple corrections and test drives, had the car dead center. And I mean it's PERFECT. Locked it down, remarked it with fresh torque paint, all good.

These cars will drive really straight and true once you dial it in. If your car is going out of alignment often and you're not off roading, something needs to be tightened to spec, or maybe replaced.

Good luck, you'll get it sorted.
