Ordered a GT Premium Fastback today. Iconic Silver with Ebony, 401A, PP1 and B&O sound. No drama. I don't care when it gets here.

Should be mildly entertaining just to watch how long it takes. I'll keep everyone posted.

Hi Bikeman,

I've owned every V8 that AMC produced over the years. The 401 wasn't actually in a car, it was in a 1978 Jeep CJ-7 that was a trail rider. Mated to a big 'ol NP-435. Lots of fun. I've got some old pics but they aren't digitized. I'll work on that though!

What price are you getting, Msrp? If you don’t mind. I am looking for one, but have no luck negotiating with the dealer. I wonder if ordering one would even cost more

x plan. No negotiation. Btw you can get x plan a variety of ways. I happened to get it through my employer.

X plan. It's about $100 over invoice and no fees. MSRP on my car is $49465 and X plan is 47100. X plan buyers get to keep all incentives as well.

It's not. It's about $100 over invoice, give or take $10. Fees capped at $100 yes. Buyer keeps incentives and dealer keeps hold back. Also, there is a small commission paid to the dealer on x plan, dollar amount listed clearly on the smart vincent and varies by region just like some incentives.

... but... even though I know I'm located in Europe I think it is stupid. I ordered my 2020 GT Premium with much like same setup as you but in Magnetic on December 30th and I "might" be able to pick it up one of the first days in September

Wow. That's crazy that it takes so long to get a Mustang delivered but I'm sure there are a lot of contributing factors. I hope your car comes in soon! Cheers!
