Well heres the results, front toe was out

Front Left:
Before: 0.13
Actual: 0.05

Front Right:
Before: 0.13
Actual: 0.06

Spec says it can be anywhere from +/- 0.10 dealer said there was no damage to any parts, and when I said so its possible it was like that from the factory he said yes. But when asked if my warranty would cover any of the cost for new tires they said no I could have hit a pot hole or something. To top that off during their test drive they managed to scrape up the front lip of the splitter, not sure if they pulled in too close to a curb or hit it while pulling out of the driveway, it had a pretty steep angle to it. But at least the alignment checks out now and I'm having new tires put on this week.

Speaking of tires all 4 have 5/32" left, Yes even the rears its my daily driver, I'm debating on getting two new MPS4's on the front and they getting another 5-8k miles on the rears and then replace those with MPS4's later OR getting a set of 4 Nitto NT555 G2's either in stock size or going to a 285/35/19 on the rear, not sure if it worth it over the stock 275 for about 1/2 inch wider rear and a smaller diameter. As much as I'd like to, I don't think its wise to squeeze a 305 on the stock 9.5 inch wide rim either

Have you checked to see if the wheel bearings are ok at all 4 corners?

The S550 is known to have premature wheel bearings failures; some M6G members have had failures below 5k-10k, not even making it to 30k or even multiple failures on the same side hub.

Jack the car up and check each wheel by grasping it at the 3 and 9 o’clock positions and shake it - if it wobbles = bad hub bearing which can result in premature tire wear/tear.

Incorrect tire pressure will also affect wear/tear. The S550 should have 32 or 33psi when stone cold (check your VCL label on driver door jamb). Those psi readings will rise when the tire warms up, to about 35-36 respectively.

I could be wrong but 3 and 9 is tie rod or steering. 6-12 is bearing.

I have a non PP Mustang GT and though the wear on the inside is not as severe as PP cars, I had to have the toe adjusted to the minimum angle when I noticed the accelerated wear on the inside. Its just how Ford has them set-up for quicker turn in and steering response, I think.

Mine did the same thing at 22,000 miles
Alignment was in factory specs
Even the Certified GT techs were looking at everything to find a cause
I do have 1.00" wheel spacers but even they said it wouldn't have that much effect on wear

Bringing up this old post. I just noticed I have the same problem the OP posted. Only difference is I have more wear on the passenger side tire inside shoulder than the driver's side tire. A shame, the tires have just 24K miles on them. Still plenty of tread left. Now they have to be replaced because of bad alignment. Wonder if the alignment was bad from the factory or it changed over time.

I've got 17,500 miles on my 18 pp1 GT and have the same inner edge wear. I prob have a few thousand more before they start getting into secondary rubber. I have an appointment with the local dealer in 2 weeks or so when they have a loaner available. Did the dealership charge you for the alignment? Also getting the A10 fluid level checked and PCM update. Airbag light on too. Good thing I really love this car!

I autocross. I do my own alignments. I can confirm that the toe settings my car came from the factory with were totally horrible.
