lol why are you blaming only the dealer for misrepairing a vehicle that Ford built with a body fitment issue?

If Ford built 100% perfect vehicles all the time, this would not have been an issue. What is trying to destroy the dealer's online reputation going to do to fix the situation for the OP?

The real question is what do you want to see the dealer do to take care of you?

I took my car to All American Ford dealership in Hackensack, NJ to get my panel alignment issues address before installing a Roush bumper. They kept the car for a week and half to address the issues. I got the car back from the dealership on Thursday and I started the Roush bumper install on Saturday just to find out they glued my bumper to the fender, Now my factory bumper is unusable. I went to the dealership this morning to address this issue and they told me it's standard operating procedure. Imagine if I had not done this and they had to remove the front bumper in the future to service the car and what would have they said then.

I want to know what channels I need to take to get this resolved because now I'm out of a factory bumper if I want to revert back to stock. Fordservice ...
Thank you for the mention and the PM, Glex25. I sent you a reply.

The answer is - bad press. You want them to respond hit them (the dealer) where it hurts. You will be amazed at the reaction dealers have when you start to post their poor service.

Yes it would be nice if all cars were 100% - but they are built by humans so that ain't gonna happen. Once its at the dealer its how THEY perform that matters.

I think doing what the OP is now doing (contacting Ford to get more assistance) is a more appropriate measure.

To each his own, I suppose.

I am, by the way, VERY impressed to see a representative of Ford very active on these forums. It's refreshing to see that a manufacturer understand the importance of the online owner base.

Thank you for understanding my point of view.
IF I wanted a 5yr old to glue my bumper to the fender I would call my neighbors kids.

I have 12+ emails between myself and the dealer and they still stand behind the work as being Factory approved repair. I stopped wasting my time dealing with the dealer and taking the proper channels since no matter what I say won't change a thing

Were you able to get a copy of the paperwork?

I haven't even tried to step into that particular dealer

I tried getting it from other Ford dealers but they say nothing is showing up
