I am running a 305/35-19 Nitto NT05R on the factory PP wheel and it works really well.

Here is one from before we lowered it and one after lowering but before it settled a little. This is also with a small spacer. Either 5mm or 8mm....I can't remember.

I'm also newb here, what's the benefit of going wider on tires? Does it give you much more traction compared to the stock 275 size?

I wouldn't run 305's on that width of wheel

That's an accident waiting to happen

tire allows for more contact patch thus providing more grip and stability. Now that being said every wheel width has a ideal tire size to run, for instance you can pair a 19x9.5 wheel with a 305/35/19 tire but your only really using the same as a 285 tire at most.

Yeah, this. There's no real performance benefit to running a 305 on a 9.5" wheel. I just like the way it looks.

Can you guys take a rear shot of the PP wheels with a 305?

Will the bigger tire make the wheels appear wider as if they were 19x10.5?

I don't have a rear shot on my phone right now, but it will definitely make them look a little wider because you are seeing the width of the tire, not necessarily the width of the wheel.

Yea i love the look of a fat tire on muscle car. I used to run 315s on a 11 inch rim but this rims is alot narrower. Ibdo not want to run into an accident either for tire being to wide on rim. I really like these pp wheels aswell.
