Could you describe the washer a little more? For their next attempt, Ford is going to replace both rear wheels and lug nuts. They will replace the hub nuts that are one time use only. Are they the nuts/washers that you’re referring to? Any info is appreciated!

I agree with your thinking. The dealer did replace the hub on the second attempt. The clicking went away but returned after about 200 miles. Possibly another bad hub?
