I did not see on the list so here it goes: 2019 R (and maybe base - no idea), has no clutch helper spring so clutch action is perfect out of the box.
I have noticed a difference in the clutch action on my 2019... no steeda replacement spring needed.

Here are some changes for the 2019 GT350. If you have better information post below and I will update this list with your corrections/additions. I have seen several posts asking what changed on the 2019 and they mostly cover the new engine block.

1. new 19-inch wheel design (base)

2. Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 (not same as R)

3. chassis has been tuned (Base)

4. 10 percent stiffer front springs (Base)

5. rear, the coils have been softened by 6 percent (Base)

6. stiffer anti-roll bar (Base)

7. MagneRide dampers also have been re-calibrated (Base)

8. ABS re-calibration, provides stronger clamping force (Base/R)

9. 1.09 g of lateral grip ( up o.o7) just shy of the R’s 1.10 (Base)

10. smooth-faced brake rotors (Base/R)

11. GT350R's smaller grille opening (Base)

12. Gurney flap ups the down force on the rear of the car to 238 pounds (from 135 2019 or 186 outgoing wing.) (handling package) (Base)

13. adjustable strut mounts (handling package Base) (Standard on R)

14. revised electrically assisted steering (Base/R)

15. 60 mph in 4.0 seconds, 0.2 seconds quicker, a tenth behind the lighter GT350R. quarter-mile 12.3 seconds at 119 mph. (Base)

16. optional dashboard exposed carbon fiber (Base/R)

17. 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen stereo system (technology package) (Base/R)

18. blind-spot monitoring (technology package) (Base/R)

19. cross traffic alert (technology package) (Base/R)

20. heated exterior mirrors (Base/R)

21. Puddle lamps (included with tech package)

22. No longer installing a red start button. I think the start button is now a stock GT button.

23. Changed seat trim and width.

24. added rubber coating to the engine to trans plate. (stops vibration noise)

25. Newly designed door panels, a standard machined aluminum instrument panel appliqué, and a wrapped center console

26. No longer installing a clutch helper spring.

Engine Changes (adding these because of a request)

26. new 5.2 block (Base/R same)
1. head bolts
2. additional material block and heads
3. valve seat material
4. head gasket

Note: comments provided about performance improvements for the 2019 GT350 being based on new tire.
Would like some more info about the heads?

One other change for the 2019 model compared to all of the previous 4 model years is the absence of being able to order a "920A Base R Model" for 2019.

This model was available for all of the previous years namely from 2015 thru 2018 but not available for the 2019 MY.

The 2019 models are on the edge of my budget currently. With all the above said, have the 2019 engine upgrades contributed to a significant improvement in oil consumption/engine issues the earlier GT350 model years had?

Very hard so say for sure. I only have 100 miles on my 19 but my 17 didn't use oil. I think there is a general hope that Ford addressed some of the part issues. But buying a 15-18 could save money and be a great car. Having a warranty is probably good insurance.
I think most of the guys with some miles on their 19s are doing fine but no car line is 100 percent free of a. problem or two.

Can anyone comment on a possible reduction in piston slap with the 2019 improvements? Oil consumption and piston slap are the two most significant issues that I’ve heard of and/or experienced.
