Installed Steeda jacking rails.
Me, too, on Saturday. I peeled off the excess putty under there, to get them to fit up tight at the forward end. But now I'm concerned about long term corrosion.

Maybe David can address this for us.

Officially no chrome or shiny things on the car after the black lug nuts. So much better!

Now to change my oil for the first time.

I spy with my little eye a chrome pony on the center cap. Haha just messing with you. What lugs did you get? Can you provide a link please?

RIP ground clearance. I've bottomed out on speed bumps and when backing off of the lift after having my exhaust installed today.

Okay, so I didn't do much but . . .

I removed my sound tube this weekend using a rubber cap I found laying around my basement and a master cylinder gasket as suggested on this forum. 10 MM wrench and reaching in with my right hand I was able to unbolt it, but my arm is bruised up from trying to fit in that tight space.

Sounds great and with my BFGoodrich G force Comp 2 A/S tires I pulled .96 lateral G's while out on an empty twisty road!

Wblv17 suggested those in a thread, as opposed to what I kept seeing on AM and Amazon, so I got them and they fit great

How does the key look? Did you feel comfortable going to 150ft lbs with their design of lock and key with nothing stripping or breaking? I have little faith in locking designs when it comes to that.

I can't speak for the gorilla lug nuts, but I have the mcgard lug nut set (which should be higher quality), and the spline nuts definitely feel like they're stripping at 140 ft lbs. I backed off my torque to 130ft lbs, and they're fine.

Bigger bolts or not, 150 ft lbs seems excessive.

I did em one at a time and no issues with a smooth Kobalt torque wrench at 150ft/lbs. I'm coming from driving a wrangler the past 5 years so this didn't seem odd to me lol

Just passed the one year ownership mark today! And am currently at 18,700 miles. Granted, 6K of those miles were on a cross-country road trip (NYC to LA and back in 8 days of driving with 5 days in Vegas in between, including Denver-Brooklyn in two days). But still, been driving it basically constantly, everywhere.

Haven't "modified" anything, other than switching tires (I have Michelin X-Ice Xi3's on it currently, and Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3's on it 8 months of the year). Nothing gone wrong with it, no complaints, no anything.
