I love it!!! Actually I wish the whole seat was red. We had the red leather interior on our GTO and it got compliments all the time. I would have made sure to get redline seats on my new Mustang but its not offered with the race red exterior.
Another ex-GTO person? Heh... my '04 was Impulse Blue with blue interior, and I loved it. Black and beige interiors are for Camrys.

I love my RedLine on my Ruby, it's gorgeous. I've had the car going on almost 5 months and haven't grown tired of it yet. I still love opening my door and looking at it just before I get in lol :)

Ive always wanted an Ox Blood interior... I dont think I could live with it on a daily though.

Discoloration and wear woukd take its toll over time

I have not seen a car with the Redline interior on any of my local dealer lots. I'm thinking of ordering a 2016 GT Premium PP in DIB with the Redline (non-Recaro) interior. This would be my daily driver. Just wondering if anyone finds the red too intense or distracting on a daily basis.
Here's a couple of photos taken when my car was delivered last December. I had no idea what it was going to look like, I took the gamble with Redline. I couldn't be happier with my choice. It's a daily driver... and to be honest, the balance of red/black is perfect.

I picked up my 2016 Magnetic GT Convertible with Redline last week. I think it is a great
interior color for a convertible, very well done by Ford.

That is full of badassery - just enough red to really stand out (especially against the black) but not so much to burn out your retinas.

Nice, that combo is currently at the top of my list. What other options? Did you go with the GTPP?

My tungsten 06 had the crimson leather. I will definitely be getting redline in my new mustang.

See it in person if you can. I think it looks great up I have only seen it in Silver and Black Mustangs.
It is a much more of MUTED red then the pictures show--using a flash (and other camera settings) seems to make it more red (appears brighter) than it really is. It is easily acceptable as a daily driver color.
Now-- it is NICE but a deeper red-it is not available with Race Red exteriors for a reason--it would actually clash as it is of a totally different red tone.

If I ordered I would have gotten redline but I bought a 15 for the financing and rebates! Im surprised how few cars had the redline interior when I was hunting a car.

I think it looks great, but would be worried I would grow tired of it.
That is my concern - I think it looks great, and if I were renting a car for a weekend, or buying this as my third car or something I'd definitely pick it. But for a daily driver that I'm going to keep for at least several years, I'm worried I'll start to wish I just had a neutral black interior.

Been trying to find one in person to look at here in Colorado, with no luck.

IMO, black is boring and tired straight out of the gate. It's been a year now, and I'm still confident with the choice.

I suppose I just don't understand the predicament. Do your eyes have a pigment quota and once it's reached, you hate rich colors? If you like the color, get it. I wanted a black interior just because my favorite color is black, but I had to have Redline once I saw it on a black car.

I implore anyone trying to make this decision to see it in person on the exterior color that you want. It will decide for you.

Just my $.02
