  1. S550 Mustang GT PP long term reliability, and resale value?

I've had both, 2013 STI and 2015 GT PP. I didn't find the STI as fun to drive unless it was a heavy snowfall (I'm in Canada). Everyone seems to think the STI is this lightweight nimble sports car. It isn't. I found it felt heavier to drive than my Mustang, mostly due to the combination of the...
  2. '18 3.73 PP Diff whine

My 2015 GT PP 2.73's actually had a gear whine, similar to what you were reporting from the factory. Ford had the dealership rebuild it during the first year of ownership. Haven't had any issues since.

It is possible they changed the orientation of the drive shaft? I think they're balanced from the factory and need to be re-installed exactly the same way.

To use the same analogy; a new car and platform with a fraction of the budget needs to do hundreds of different tasks flawlessly with hundreds if not thousands of moving parts, that's not including the software development. It's pretty impressive what they can do in 5-7 years per generation...

If the bulk of the hard work and research extends as far back as 19 years. The final product could have existed a decade ago. We'd all just be taking a booster a year ago if funding hadn't been cut.

In addition to Moderna's story, vaccines were in fact entering the human clinical trial phase after the original SARS and MERS outbreak, however the funding was cut after just under a decade of research was completed. All that research still existed at the time of this latest pandemic. All the...

Moderna’s Ten Years of Research Since 2010, Moderna has focused on building our mRNA technology platform by leveraging the role mRNA plays in instructing cells to create proteins. Our platform produces mRNA that can be delivered to cells without provoking an immune response against the mRNA...
  8. One of our local Ford dealers racing their new inventory at the track

A month ago, before searching for a new vehicle, this would have shocked me to hear. We ended up driving 200+miles/300+km to find a dealership that was professional and made the process as streamlined as it could be.
  9. One of our local Ford dealers racing their new inventory at the track

That same dealership seems to be very relaxed with their rules surrounding "borrowing" a vehicle from the lot. My wife and I went there to potentially purchase a Lincoln Aviator, but the two we were actually interested in weren't available to see over the weekend because their staff were using...

I suppose the major difference would be that "Win on Sunday, sell on Monday" would imply that the dealership is using the track as advertising to lure customers in with motorsport. Bob Tasca Isn't a salesman, who takes the window stickers off the vehicles for joyrides, hiding the fact that the...

It's 1/4 mile - Street Legals. Come race your family minivan or supercar. Your choice. It's meant to keep racing off the city streets.
  13. One of our local Ford dealers racing their new inventory at the track

Not sure if it's the same thing in the US or not, but here in Canada it's largely turned into a monopoly where the same company owns all of the "competition" in town and surrounding areas to avoid discounting.
  14. One of our local Ford dealers racing their new inventory at the track

That's a staging lane, not the entrance to the property. Never seen a track entrance begin at the "tree" before.. :cwl:

It's not a bribe. It's a lottery. HUGE difference. Chances of getting any $$$ out of it is next to nil. Bribe means you're actually receiving something beyond the vaccine in return.

I can't tell if you're serious or just actually believe your own statement. Does that even make sense to you otherwise? You really believe 14% of the infected population in Italy just randomly died AND coincidentally also had COVID last spring? Millions of people just dropping having genuinely...

How does offering incentive equate to being a hoax versus enticing more people who are sitting on the fence? The point is to have the majority of the population create a herd immunity, not whatever the conspiracy flavor of the day might be.
