GTD allocations should be this week

Tob and I bounced this around, and we didn't come up with any options. Besides, shouldn't Ford do that?

I haven’t done any HPDE events at Daytona, but can you have someone just refuel you in the hot pits area ? Shouldn’t cost that much given you guys spending close to $400,000 for this track capable road car.

I think the desire is to run a full 20 minutes without the need to refuel.

Frankly, 16 gallons for a car that makes 800hp is pretty bad. I think the Porsche GT cars have an optional 20 gal tank. That would be pretty cool if Ford offered something like that.

Most yes, but it's the small few who aren't afraid of paint chips, tire marks, and cracked windshields that we all follow along for.

I don’t think any change to existing fuel tank location or size is going to happen unfortunately

Porsche 911 has all that extra space in the front of the vehicle to play with (without the front differential) compared to the GTD.

I think that’s the second Chroma Flame that we’ve seen? Unless I missed anything no colors that I want to see like Orange Fury or any Ford orange or Triple Yellow or Eruption Green or Brittnay Blue.

I haven't bailed yet. Hoping someone with some common sense would fix the problem to run the track that the car was blamed after.
