They find some of that black glue debris that comes off the Motorcraft oil filters?
No idea, but that’s good to know. I guess I’ll plan on replacing those solenoids.

Gave the alcantara shift and brake boots and GT350 steering wheel a cleaning with Sonax. Replaced the windshield wipers and cleaned the windshield and applied some Rain-X.

I had my H-pipe and roush axle-back welded up to fix the exhaust leaks at all four points. I purchased it with the current setup but the bands kept allowing movement and kept leaking. The exhaust didn't have that crisp sound anymore but began sounding muffled with a small tick from the leaks. I think it may be due to the steeply angled curb entering my driveway. It causes a lot of flex in the car, as I have to take it slow and at an angle which I think causes the exhaust to flex as well, loosening the bands over time. I know welding it limits my options to go back to a resonator or switch out components but I'm happy with the sound, even though it's a little loud at times (i.e. cold starts, no active exhaust). In the long run I plan to do a different/full exhaust setup anyway but I'm happy with this setup for now. Attached are a few before and after pictures for anyone searching the forum for similar problems.

Had a TON done to mine today. Steeda stop the hop (sub frame bushings, and brace), K brace, and a Steeda sway bar. Also a Steeda filter. Only thing I got an easy pic of :)

The stop the hop kit is on my list of things to do as well! I never dove into suspension mods on my old sn95 but the more I learn, I'm realizing they're importance even with basic bolt-ons like I have.

I did a very simple shift knob swap from the old stock shift knob, which I didn't really care for, to a new GT350 shift knob, specifically designed for the S550:

I really like the look of it and it feels great in my hand, compared to the old stock one.

The red accents go really well with the Ruby Red Metallic color of the car.

Well, consider this expression as a way of having chosen a side. There are thousands of posts about which is the best choice: square or staggered, thousands of arguments for and against, with a distribution of tastes that I consider quite balanced and that I came from one side and now I am on the other.

Very well stated and I agree, but I have remained on one side.

So, since you didn't really provide a cut & dry answer, I'm going to assume by squared, you mean having all 4 tires the same exact size with a level suspension?

Is that correct?
