Hi there, Yes it includes their linksI have the FP track pack and am satisfied. I installed it with a friend and it is totally reasonable to DIY if you can have the car up on stands for a day.
Some may think it's too rough for a daily driver but I do not. If your roads are trash, it might be too much.
Which Whiteline sway bar kit do you have? Is it the kit that includes their links?
It's the whole setup. It's built for handling first and comfort second, but it is not unreasonable to me. I'd say it's a smidge rougher than my 350Z was.Hi there, Yes it includes their links
I did hear that some may say the FP track pack can be a bit rough for a daily drive but is that because of the lower ride height or some other reason?
Hi MikeIt's the whole setup. It's built for handling first and comfort second, but it is not unreasonable to me. I'd say it's a smidge rougher than my 350Z was.
Lowering absolutely compromises ride quality by itself, there's just less travel to absorb bumps.
Handling and feel is amazing now with the kit and I have zero regrets. Combined with the wheels and tires I put on the car, it feels planted to the ground, which was my #1 priority.
If your #1 concern is ride quality, you should be on the stock suspension. If you want a better look while on the stock suspension, go with a 275/40R19 square setup. The wheel wells will be a bit more full.
I am not as knowledgeable as others in this thread. With that said, there is no universe where I would put aftermarket springs on the base or PP shocks. They are the worst part of the factory suspension. It is also not difficult to install a pre-assembled set of springs and strut like what's in the FP Track Handling Pack.
even a mild 1" drop spring like BRM/Steeda/Eibach Prokit will ride great paired with Bilsteins (or Koni Yellows or even Oranges if you're on a super tight budget)If you want a nice ride, stock springs and Bilstein B6's.
You seem pretty sure it's the sway bars. You should take shogun's advice here then as it is the logical next troubleshooting step. Can also just swap the stock ones back in if you're not comfortable trying it with the sway bars disconnected.Hi Mike
I've had the car 25mm lower (which for you guys in the States is one inch) since a week after buying the car 5 years ago . But it wasn't until the Whiteline sways went on that the ride became rocky
Sometimes it feels like being on a bus or a trampoline especially if the bump in the road is on one side of the car
Why not just disconnect the sway bars? If only as a test?
Floating/bouncing is a classic sign of dampers being unable to control the spring oscillation. The stock dampers are a mismatch with the springs which is what folks said 2 years ago.Hi Mike

Did you upgrade your shocks? Did you check if the bump stops were properly trimmed? Both of those suggestions from 2 years ago were spot on.So it's been 2 years since I first posted on this and still haven't sorted this out.
I've had the car checked by 2 suspension specialists and the consensus seems to be the sway bars are causing the jittery /rocky ride . I had both front and rear bars adjusted to the softest setting and while its a bit better you can still feel it.
I'm thinking of biting the bullet and getting the FPR Track pack. I'm liking the positive reviews on this product and the fact that all components are designed to work together
