Why does my Ecoboost have a bouncy ride or is it U.K. roads when suspension design for the US?

We have all sorts of roads here, so unless Ford specified different components, you are experiencing the same thing we do. The Mustang may not be quite as refined as the cars you are accustomed to driving. Bouncy is a quite subjective term. Maybe you are referring to the dampers not adequately providing control?

The convertible rides pretty well. The UK gets its own chassis spec and these are different between the V8 and EB, it could be the EB hasn't got the sport chassis like the V8.

Designed in, unfortunately. Damper change to the Ford Performance Track or Bilstein B6 will result in only a minimal firmness increase and a lot better body control.
