Great photo George, the blue with white stripes is something I could get used to.
Not too bad on the eyes my friend!

Woodford Reserve usually keeps my rightys tighty though on occasion it's made this nut a little loosey (but def not lefty lol).

I thought that if I could pull a 502 BBC, put new aluminum heads on and degree a hotrod cam, that dropping the splitter would be no problem. And I'm sure it isn't as I'm a big proponent of 'man made it so man can fix it'...but I couldn't figure out where the blind clasps/snaps were located and didn't want to resort to the Woodford too early which would have made said clasps relinquish their death grip for the price of never going back together again b/c I just broke half of 'em off...

I had the belly pan disconnected but couldn't get the splitter dropped so I thought I'd get smart first b/f breaking out the larger mallet/pry bar(s). I'll wait til summer and my next oil change (for the splitter, not the Woodford...speaking of Woodford, I think I'm going to adjourn to the mancave for a respite from the desk...cheers!)
When I put on my ā€œRā€ splitter I remember that there was a few ā€œJesusā€ clips that had to be removed and reinstalled…:curse:
Woodford Reserve when you have to stay mellow. Old #7 when you start to get angry.

I changed the oil in the Shelby today since it was such a nice day. Used the oil filter guide and oil funnel for the first time.
Jon is correct when he told me
ā€œYou’re going to LOVE this stuffā€.
Can’t wait to use this stuff again when my nephew brings his Grabber Lime GT 350 over to change his oil.
Definitely nice stuff Jon, IMO, $$$ well spent ! :like:
No mess to clean up, I was done like Chinese Takeout, 15 minutes…

Fired up the beast after a few months hibernation…almost on its birthday…unbelievable weather up here in the great white north!
There were no unusual noises…

I’m guessing that the Exhaust was talking to you like it’s supposed to …! 🄰

Haaaa…it had been too long since I heard the VooDoo!

ESP expires in 2 weeks…I wanted to at least run it before it expired….and to that end it sounded just like it has every spring!

no worries man…I am almost 3 years past factory and missed the ESP option, still kicking @$$ at 57k 😬
