I know ESS recommends 125 and 120mm pulley sizes for 93 octane stock fuel system. I am a street warrior that wants to get every ounce of HP out of my car without going to a full blown fuel system and E85. Has anyone here gone to a 115 pulley with maybe some boostane are octanium safely with stock fuel system. If so, I would be curious how and what fuel pressures you are seeing. My car is a 2021 premium, 10r80, ess g3, 120mm pulley, 93 octane tune, SP LTH's w/ cats, MBRP axle back, H-pipe.

Keep it under 700whp and you’ll be fine.

How much timing and knock are you seeing currently at WOT on logs?

Car is going in to have the ESS G3 work done next week. My question is one of curiosity to see if it's doable. I am told that ESS recommends the 120mm for pump 93. Just curious if 115mm is doable and has been done safely by anyone?

So I searched three the ESS groups on Facebook and couldn’t find anyone running a 115 on 93. That doesn’t mean some one isn’t but most everyone is running a 120.

I'm on a 122.5mm. Car pulls timing with my local 93 & Florida heat.

When does the episode of Pinks get filmed featuring your car?

Can you get your hands on sunoco 260gt? OR some kind of 98+ oct race gas? That will get you to where you want with a 115mm.

Not on an ess kit but I run 11lbs on a TT gen 3 coyote. I'm guessing the 115mm is right around that boost level if you Rev it out. I run boostane and meth though. I mostly rely on the boostane for octane and the meth to help cool it. Can't guarantee you'll have the sane success but it's worked for me for a few years.

It might be safer to run a higher octane mix with a 120 than a 115 and if you dial in timing with you tuner honestly the gains might be similar since you will most likely have to pull more timing using a 115. Like @Cory S said playing with higher hp on pump gas is a dangerous game....

Alejandro or how ever you spell it from Lund did this on his white car and posted the video on youtube. I think he had 1050's and a BAP and got to a 115 or a 110 but couldnt go any lower because his fuel pressure was dipping. its on his channel if ya look

full blown fuel system and E85
Obviously, the answer is always Uni-Corn Blood. You don't need a "full Blown" fuel system. Go with a Sai-Li or other entry level return system, stock fuel rails, and larger injectors and enjoy all the benefits and safety of E85, and easily run a 115MM pulley. Here's a log of mine (Don't you flat- landers laugh at my tiny MAF lb/min). Still adding timing at 7500 RPM, 22.8 degrees.

Thanks for all the comments. I did see the video of Alex doing this. I think i may stay with the 120mm pulley on a 93/boostane mix with a spicey tune for piece of mind.

It’s so tiny!!! 🤣 What was your PI fuel pressure reading there? That timing is very nice, I see a max of around 20 degrees with mine.
