Any one here with a fuel system have dyno numbers with E85 on 120mm pulley. Wondering how much I could expect to gain. I travel a lot with the car and e85 is sparse. I'm ok with flashing from e85 to 93, but don't wanna swap pulleys.

Very sound advice. Don't think it's worth the risk. I just want to max out as much as I can without the hassle of finding e85 all the time. My son rides around with two 5 gallon jugs in his trunk. Not gonna do that. Lol
I am interested to see if anyone has had issues with them holding up under heavy spirited driving. I have a good deal in the works on Mach1 conversion, but my brother in law is trying to talk me out of it because his Gt350 conversion literally came apart at the high speeds. We put his factory...
Was out last night watching a few family grudge races last night among all of our boosted cars. I think I may have to take out a second mortgage to go ahead with the return style fuel system. Lol.
They ran hard. Seems everybody means business. Thanks for all of the knowledge!!!
Thanks for all the comments. I did see the video of Alex doing this. I think i may stay with the 120mm pulley on a 93/boostane mix with a spicey tune for piece of mind.
Car is going in to have the ESS G3 work done next week. My question is one of curiosity to see if it's doable. I am told that ESS recommends the 120mm for pump 93. Just curious if 115mm is doable and has been done safely by anyone?
I know ESS recommends 125 and 120mm pulley sizes for 93 octane stock fuel system. I am a street warrior that wants to get every ounce of HP out of my car without going to a full blown fuel system and E85. Has anyone here gone to a 115 pulley with maybe some boostane are octanium safely with...
Looking for some ideas on a axle back system that does not drone. I currently run a Steeda H-pipe with a MBRP axle back. The car has factory manifolds and cats for now. This setup is driving me nuts with the droning. Will be installing Stainless Power headers with high flow cats next week...
