Yesterday, got it back from the dealer. Took it in for AC compressor sometimes acting like it was seized up. Also an airbag light on the dash. They replaced the compressor and fixed a loose wire in a connector for the passenger knee air bag.

Was at dealer 4 days. Zero deductible ESP. Free F-150 loaner.

Dash cam footage shows careful, minimal and gentle test drives by risk takers who don't wear seat belts. Would have been pissed if they were in an accident and made it worse with a broken windshield (from the inside). LoL

Dash cam also shows them fixing the wiring from under the hood and talking about the knee air bag's proximity to the glove box. I had changed the cabin air filter recently. I wonder if some harness got jostled in the process.

Was worth the long drive for this dealer (Sanderson). Car was only at the dealer I ordered from ONE time and the dash cam footage was NOT good and I barely stopped them from rebuilding my perfectly fine Torsen because it didn't act like a clutch type diff on a lift. It was only there to confirm a clunk in the drive train was normal before I did any suspension mods. It was. But they drained both my trans and diff that I had just filled with brand new BG fluids. I called to check status and they told me they were about to remove my Torsen to rebuild. Wasn't ever going back.

I like Sanderson. Family owned. Been operating since at least the '50s. Really big on patriotism.

Their historic posters show how the meaning of phrases change over the years:

I like the "coin" they give to all veterans. A full ounce but I suspect it's not really gold.

Beefy! Thank you for your service Randy! What are the specs for the rear tires/wheel size?

I drove it 75 miles, now at 215 total miles, and programmed the garage door opener. Top that piece of wizardry!

Installed my new steering wheel I got off eBay. Bargain of the Century. Amazing workmanship, fit and finish is spot-on, orange stitching is a perfect match to the Katzkin leather and stitching.

Looks great. I contacted them about a heated version, no carbon complete leather. They replied very quickly… the price was very good but haven’t pulled the trigger yet.

Least fav. job today. Cleaning the engine bay. Not bad for 4/5 year old. :inlove:

Coolant low? Seems to be on the edge of the lip / seam. Could I leave it? Hoping to start the supercharger soon and I'll have to drop it all anyway. 🤔

I'd say no, as long as the engine is cool. It'll go higher once the engine is hot.

It’s been napping under the cover for past week. Snow rain and cold have kept her off the road. Beautiful morning 41F Cover off and going for a spin

Yesterday evening I took my GT over to Maryville and then up to "Top of the World" via Butterfly Gap Road. Butterfly Gap Road is insane. You don't need to worry about crossing the center line because there is none. The road is too narrow for two defined lanes. And SO STEEP and CURVY! I basically stay in 2nd gear the whole way up. After I got up to Top of the World I took Happy Valley Rd from the Foothills Pkwy back down towards Maryville. After driving on Butterfly Gap Rd Happy Valley feels like driving on the Autobahn. :)

Dang! My new 22 will be 7 months old next week and I just had 10K mile service done yesterday. Not bad for a weekend/road trip car.
