What's the current lead time look like for the '23s? I ordered mine from Chapman about 3 weeks ago but I'm at priority 18.

Hearing some of you talk I'm afraid mine might not even be built.

(and yes I'm also impatient...been watching Youtube vids non-stop of that sweet sweet exhaust)

An iron remover did the trick……entire trunk, roof, and hood were speckled in tiny rust spots. Gone now.

Took a wash, Iron remover, another wash, and a little bit of clay bar work on one stubborn spot, plus a third wash. Finally actually clean, and waxed. Paint feels like glass now.

Thanks for the tip.
My pleasure. Glad it worked out for you.

I ordered my '22 in Feb 2022 and just picked up from Chapman Sat Oct 29. But conditions over that span may not be the same as now. As suggested see what the guys ordering '23's are seeing

My M1 showed up at Granger today. PDI is 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Hope it goes well. I'll be shipping it to GA via enclosed carrier (TBD) so hopefully I'll get it by end of month or 1st week in Dec. Glad to hear that other people here are getting their cars too. Best of luck to those still waiting. It will be worth it.

Congrats!! Our cars arrived there on the same truck! Got the email yesterday as well! Hopefully they'll be able to PDI fairly quickly so they can ship before Thanksgiving. My car is being shipped enclosed transport to CA.

Hey Ralph. Congrats to you as well. I wouldn't be surprised if a few other folks on this forum also were on the same truck. I haven't decided which enclosed transport I'm going to use. I've narrowed it down to 3: Passport, Intercity, and Get it Done Shipping as I think some other members on this forum used them. Have you made a decision on the carrier you plan to use?

Ed at Get it Done Shipping was a pleasure to work with. My car arrived in a single enclosed trailer. I will use him again if needed.

Thanks Anthony, that's good to know. I am also hoping to be in a single enclosed carrier so maybe Ed at Get it Done Shipping is the way to go.

I've narrowed it down to 3 myself. Montway, SGT, and RoadRunner. They are all similarly quoted and I'm gonna try to get them to outbid each other. They're not the most expensive nor the cheapest. They all have really good ratings from the research I've done. I'll check out those companies you mentioned. I'm going to try and lock one in on Monday. Best case scenario, I'll have my car before Thanksgiving 🤞🤞

He knows our cars, he spoke with me about the gt500 cars he has shipped. Heck the delivery driver wanted to charge an additional $150 out of the blue. He covered it so I could get me car on time.

I had videos of my being loaded, secured, covered, and closed before the car left the dealer.

I'll have to research the three you mentioned. I'm sure any of these choices are fine. It comes down to price.

I guess technically we can't schedule the transport just yet until our PDI is done, finalized the purchase, and Granger tells us our car is ready for pickup. I'll start getting quotes on Monday and plan on finalizing my choice sometime next week.

Well, I think you're just about making my decision easier. I appreciate all the advice you and many others hand out on the forum. It's been very helpful.

Less than that. Of the 3 companies I mentioned, the lowest quote was $1859. It's going a little over 1600 miles from Granger to Los Angeles.
