To me Mischievous Purple is a bit of a wimpy name whereas Homicidal Purple really sells it!

Given the Mustang's propensity to barrel into crowds, I bet they thought that would be a bit redundant

You know, I have intentionally withheld that throughout this thread because I noticed it was a bit of a polarizing color in these forums when it was initially introduced lol I am going with Mischievous Purple. I love the dark look it's got, kind of has the mystichrome vibe going for it, and there aren't that many of them. And I am always a fan of having something more rare and unique.

I think the Mischevious Purple is a very unique color. I saw one in person this weekend at our local Mustang meet for the first time. It was a cloudy day so it was pretty much black but it flashed some color in certain light. I would call it mysterious purple if it were me because the color can be very mysterious at times. Congrats, hope it doesn't take forever for you to get it....

That said, I went with a very polarizing color myself (Grabber Blue Metallic) , more common but quite polarizing

Thanks! I actually won't be upset if it takes a while. As long as it's actually made, the only thing I'm concerned about is it arriving when the weather isn't terrible out there so I can drive it home!

I love grabber blue, metallic or not, and always have. It's an iconic Mustang color to me. If not for mischievous purple looking so cool, that would've been my choice. Instead, I'll save that for the 13 Boss 302 I plan to get one day

It is very unique. In bright sunlight I am sure it is amazing. I've only seen it in cloudy conditions so far. I'm sure I will see this car again down the road as they are an active member of our local group.
