Pete, Do you know that under this ugly foam insulation, you will find a beautiful horse? I know you have a 2016 with the blinkers as I have one too. but I found high heat tape and loom that can replace the factory ones. just to let you know that there is a safe a valuable option.

Ordered a bunch of mods from Steeda: Strut tower brace, jacking rails, G-track brace, and hood struts.

Looks fantastic. Have you given any thought to a cover or replacement for the overflow tank?
Not yet, I just replaced my stock steering wheel to a Revsol Gt-350R wheel (Still need to snap a few photos) and need to work on my F-250 clutch cylinder. Was thinking of going with the 4” to 8” stereo update next on my Mustang. Thanks for the compliments!

I have seen cars with the insulation removed. Seen quite a few at Mustang Week. I wasn’t sure if I removed the insulation that I would have problems with paint or the over the top stripes coming up. Every time I ask about spares. No one can find the factory silver stripes and since they’re not solid but a fading dot matrix type of stripe no one that I have found can match them. I have even tried a few local vinyl shops and they can’t match them. I was wanting to carry the stripes over the Shelby GT spoiler but no such luck. Here’s the new Revsol Steering wheel. They are on sale.

I went with the Steeda X Pipe on my 18' GT PP1, I get so many compliments and have been stopped several times asking what I have for an exhaust. They give me a crazy look when I say OEM Active Exhaust with a Steeda X Pipe.
I have been debating an X Pipe for a while now. After the SC goes on I was thinking between the CAI, SC and an X Pipe that should cover it.

Can you run a SC on the stock size exhaust, or do you need a 3" cat back? I loved replacing the resonator, and the Roush axle back is soon.

Oh, so I'm not the only nut job who washes his car rain, hail or shine?
did that last week! :cwl: thought the showers were over so i ran out and washed it. my neighbors must think i'm nuts! As soon as i finished drying it another cloud rolls over the house and drops water!

VHT caliper paint. We did Em's while on the car a few weeks ago. I have enough paint left; let's do yours.
I think the corrosion on mine are going to require a bit more work than just painting.

Had some fun with an actually "cool looking, lowered Tesla, sort of a sports car type of thing" on the Interstate (not much traffic west of Fort Lauderdale on I-75, 4-5 lanes, and everyone kept it safe). :like:
