an opinion based on facts. see end of 2021. later.
yeah but you went thru Ourisman who leads the country in Mustang thruput and also didn't have a 30+ backlog.Got my email last week confirming a build week of Sept. 5th. Ordered my Mach 1 on June 25th, so not a bad turnaround.
not true, or definitely no evidence to support that assertion. You got some inside baseball? There are dealers with a dozen+ backlog waiting for schedule to be issued.at this point Ford is just issuing all the remaining orders a build date.
I would have given him a thumbs down if I could, but they are only on their second week back in production after a two week vacation, so time will tell. I think that they (Ford, Flat Rock, etc.) are in a slightly better position than last year, having that 2021 experience under their belt. Plus they still have all of October to fill.Duh! What a negative attitude!! I see. It looks to me like they’re scheduling along the same pattern as previously. October should get scheduled during the 3rd or 4th week of September. They’ve not had an unscheduled shutdown for several months and seem to producing cars as planned. Of course if parts don’t flow as planned it will have a negative impact on production. Duh, just like it is with everything in this new crazy world! Hope yours gets produced!

Went by two dealers in San Jose area last night, and not one Mustang on either lot. One of them had maybe 4 or 5 new cars total, on the lot for sale. Zero cars on the lawn out front, and one Exploder in their showroom that holds up to 5 cars. Almost everything there was a "retail order" waiting to be picked up or used.
The other had a maybe a dozen or so new, mostly F150's with upgrades (running boards, wheels and tires, etc.) and large ADM's, Very sad!
If you could pick your Chassis number, what would it be? (NO N0001 or 007 or 69) The last one entered in the Mach1 registry thread is like N1745. I would love N3333 because I'm the (III) third, but I don't know if they'll get that high.Hope ours are in their way to us soon!![]()

I just added mine N1850.If you could pick your Chassis number, what would it be? (NO N0001 or 007 or 69) The last one entered in the Mach1 registry thread is like N1745. I would love N3333 because I'm the (III) third, but I don't know if they'll get that high.![]()

As much as you are supporting everyone, you should get a numbered plaque.Remember, mine is an Ecoboost convertible — no special numbering for me. I do love the Mach1’s, but I had to have a convertible, so went Ecoboost Convertible. If the Mach1 could be a convertible, I would be a poorer old man! They are beautiful!
EB001I’ll have to make my own — NOT!
cast this apostate out into the cold Ford staging lot where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth and no rail cars.Remember, mine is an Ecoboost convertible
I keep forgetting that, with you over here in the Mach1 area so much, and being the guy with all the answers makes you an honorary Mach1 club member.Remember, mine is an Ecoboost convertible — no special numbering for me. Couldn't hurt!PS. hmm would a dozen folk walking slowing in front of HQ playing a dirge and waving signs "free the Mach 1 production" help?
