What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

With a little "help" from another member (GTP), swapped brakes to nice ceramic pads for street. Then for track got the first tow loop from Vorschlag installed. Brake pics are not very exciting so just the tow loop.

The PP1 and PP2's are closed. Brake cooling on the PPs are are done by channels in the belly pan. Those little bumper holes would do more harm then good on a car on the track. The idea is to vent as much air as possible from the wheel well not put air into it. And with the brake cooling channels there is plenty of air that gets into it.

Cool, that is some interesting information. I still keep being amazed with the information I get here on the forum from you guys. Things I would have never known.

After waiting 3 months the paint shop still hasn't sprayed my spoiler! So yesterday it was picked back up and taken to another one (it was still in the same spot where I left it 3 months ago). Should be ready Friday for pick up. Had some fun colour matching to the Kona Blue after trying various swatches. Paint shop rang Ford and the colour they said was way too light. So in the end we've gone with what is actually a Mazda colour - which seems to match the Kona Blue really well.

Of course anecdotal, but it seems that during covid, we all had to kind of settle for lower quality on services and local places due to availabilities and shortages and now that's carried over into today.

Installed the Borla Switchfire (xpipe and hpipe had a baby) resonator delete. Deeper sound and not too much louder IMO. We will likely add the Roush axle back in the future.
