There is actually a lot of really nice sheet metal in there. Those fastback quarter panels are a gold mine!

Swapped in a nice, shiny new dash from someone's poor ol' premium GT... Their loss shan't be in vain and all that.

It's much prettier thsn the base panels. And lacks the unfortunate dent I managed to put square between two of the vents in the original panel.

Dyno run today. Can't tell if I'm dissappointed or not. Power figures and AFR graphs below. Guy said fueling and stuff was spot on. She made 435bhp (441PS) at the fly which was 356bhp (360PS) at the rear wheels. That to me reads almost as stock figures for bhp but the steeda tune and intake says up to an addtional 30 horse power at the wheels. I don't seem to be seeing those gains? Or are these figures I'm seeing about right? Also running 99RON fuel. There also seems to be a small dip in torque between 2700-3300 rpm but it looks like it made about 415lbft (562nm) which is above book figure.

6-speed or automatic, and what gear was the dyno run done in? Why doesn't this dyno measure RWHP and they instead have to guess what the total losses are between the wheels and flywheel? Or did they measure RWHP and then guess/calculate the flywheel HP?

I know I was very lucky to have the childhood I did. 2 loving parents that have been married 50+ year now. I still have a great relationship with both. I talk to my mom ever day. I go to GA to visit once a year and they bought a small condo in Tampa to spend the winter months down here. My dad has always love cars but not always in the financial position to have fun cars. He still talks about the one that got away, a 69 Roadrunner he bought new as a young adult.

Here's a pic I took with both our mustangs a couple years ago.

I have a similar story. My Mom passed a couple of years ago, and my Dad said he always liked Mustangs and bought me mine. I didn't want him to do that, but he insisted. So I said to him: You want me to have your inheritance while you're still alive? And he goes, yes, that way I get to see you enjoy it. He's almost 93 years old, and pretty cool, still all there. He gets in and out of the car better than I do!

Finally wore out the stock Pirelli's and got some Motegi Traklite's 18x9 with some Conti DSW06Plus 255/45. Still on the stock suspension for the time being.

For the record,this thing got 22 combined MPG..... probably the most sophisticated 2.3 turbo and transmission combo you can buy, I'm getting that with my 2021 Mustang GT V8, which I think is incredible..
