so, dealer repairs prior to first sale don't have to be disclosed. that sucks honestly. especially on a specialty model.

So, if the car comes in off the trailer with say. some side damage or suspension damage, that does not need to be disclosed?

Sounds that way. maybe the guy who posted his white HP car today that he got at a dealer was actually that white HP car that would need the fender drilled and filled and repainted to fix a dent from a while back.

Got an email tonight form Ford moving my build week from 11/29 to 11/01. Now I have to manage my positive expectations.

As long as it’s repaired and the value is under a certain percentage of the msrp they do not need to disclose it.

Well my original build date was the week of October 26, then moved to November 1, now this:

We have made an adjustment to the production date for your 2021 Mustang Mach 1.

Your vehicle is now scheduled to be built the week of November 8, 2021. We will continue to keep you informed regarding your vehicle's production status.

This is now getting dangerously close for the next email to say that it will be built next year due to weather considerations. Oh well.....

How are you guys getting those notifications now? My "your order has been delayed" emails always come at 11:45PM Friday night. So, I still have a couple hours to go before I get my notice. :(

So my order #2 just got moved from Nov 29 all the way up to Nov 1! If they aren't careful it will be here before order #1 LOL!

I have received these Ford notification email in my email account during the late afternoon or early evening.

my original build was week of 27SEP. been slowly being pushed last couple months. I am now back to a month and a half away. :/ I was going to be one month away tomorrow (which I was under a month away about a week ago)
