Which s550 are you on now??
Catch me up with a short version of your Mustang rotation.
 As of late, '19 Bullitt, '19 CA Special Race Red conv. Traded both for the '20 GT350 HEP + cash because I wanted another Voodoo before they went away. Voodoo being a manual, went away after major surgery that sadly leaves me unable to shift gears. Bought the '21 Mach 1 from Zack @ Granger. Sold it for cash profit last month. Immediately ordered the car in my sig from Zack/Jay @ Granger. When one reaches their mid 70's, health wise what worked fine one day does not the next. :explode: :crying:

Finally got it done. 4-1/2 hours total stitching the eBay special leather steering wheel cover on. I think it turned out pretty good. I’m happy with it.

That looks really good. Did you remove the steering wheel from the car or did you sew it in the car?

Thanks. It turned out even better than I was expecting.
No, didn't remove it. Would've been easier for sure. Still it wasn't too bad as I just kept turning the wheel so I was working at around the 6 o'clock position. I watched a YouTube video on it about half a dozen times on it before I started.

Do you have a link to the eBay vendor? I’m going to pick one up and give it a go. Thanks again!

Wow, great job (and patience)! Did you remove the wheel or leave it mounted and did the cover install from inside the car?

Did it from the drivers seat with wheel in place. Yes lots of patience ! I just took my time and took a few breaks.

I wonder if a small dab of contact cement (headliner glue etc) would have been helpful...
It came with 2-sided tape but I didn’t use it just in case things didn’t work out. I didn’t want to have to clean up whatever mess that would’ve made. I did use masking tape in a few places to line things up. Like the red center marker and where the pattern changes. Made it a lot easier.

Thanks. Ya, my buddy told me I should stitch leather covers on all my hand tools now.

I have to say, the WD40 degreaser really worked out well. If you make a mess during your oil change. Spray it on, let it sit for five minutes or so. And rinse it off with a fine spray on your garden hose. After that, I did a good wipe with some rags, and put a fan under it for about an hour. No residue!

Happy Camper again! 👍😎🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍
Does it really? NICE. Wife got a used F-150. One of the newer ones that also has the composite pan/plastic plug. EVERY video was like "Careful, oil shoots out fast." My dumb*ss was like "nah, I got this with this tiny pan."
Well almost an arm burn later and 6 quarts of oil in my driveway, I was proven wrong.

Thing is, I'm on septic system and french drains, can you really flush these near that? Last I want is needing my tank pumped.
