Kooks are definitely expensive since they're the best. I was planning to go with either Corsa ($1200) or Stainless Power ($1034) which were within my budget. I'm leaning towards Stainless Power based on feedback from @sabtaj1 and few others. He got them last year and had good things to say about them.

@sabtaj1, did you have any issues with O2 sensors running E85 on SP headers ?
I had absolutely zero issues with E85. And for the price/quality of the stainless power headers, I highly recommend them. Fit and finish was excellent. I installed my own and did it on jackstands in the garage even. Pretty sure I did an install write up. I did install the big daddy O2 spacer mil eliminators on the rear O2’s for safe measure. Pretty sure they were like $780 from lethal shipped when I got em.

Any experience with LTH Headers? From what little I know, they look pretty good. And made in the USA.

Zero issues with 2Ms. Plenty of clearance so no knock. Mine were too loud with an MBRP and H pipe. I put two 12” Vibrant resonators and it cleaned up the tone. Still loud but the raspy tin can sound is gone.

Got any sound clips of how it sounds with the resonators?

I've had both versions on Steeda's brace and the BMR brace on my car with ARH headers. Tons of clearance with all of them.

Is there an overall agreement on 1 3/4 or 1 7/8? Ive noticed all the companies sell them in those sizes. I wonder who chooses which size and why.

I’ve installed Stainless Works, Kooks, and attempted to install a set of 2M that didn’t fit.
Personally I would recommend Kooks catted.
The stainless power fit great but we’re catless and very loud.
The 2M had zero chance of fitting and whoever is running the show there is arrogant as can be. You might get lucky with 2M, a lot of people have. You also might get some very pretty paperweights.
