I am very happy with my Corsa headers. They're beautifully made out of 304 stainless steel and had no problems with install or fitment.
So are eBay headers and fit just as good. I have only seen ultimate header and kooks to be better than eBay the rest look/fit just like eBay

Do you know if the ebay headers require any masaging to fit properly on 18+?

Here is a Kooks long tube setup we did on a 2019 10R80 car. We have had great results with Kooks headers with fit and finish. This particular setup was connected to their Green Cat setup. The cat back on this car is Corsa.

Excellent info thanks everyone.

I have been looking into longtubes with cats.

longterm plan is to whipple my PP2.

Those pics of the Kooks are excellent. They appear to fit perfectly.

I need to get some ideas of how loud longtubes with cats would sound with my factory active exhaust and steeda H-pipe.

Longtubes, even with cats, are louder than stock. However with the active exhaust, you can keep it tame.

I was wondering the same, how much difference does catted vs catless headers make in terms of volume level for a car with Active Exhaust and Steeda x-pipe (my current setup). I'd prefer little more volume than what I got now but going catless is definitely too loud and would require a resonator to tame it down.

A lot. I have both catted and catless lead pipes. The volume difference was very noticeable.

So which of the Kooks setup is the way to go?

So many choices and good lord they are costly. I definitely want catted.

Might look at other brands too. 2k is a good chunk for headers.

Kooks are definitely expensive since they're the best. I was planning to go with either Corsa ($1200) or Stainless Power ($1034) which were within my budget. I'm leaning towards Stainless Power based on feedback from @sabtaj1 and few others. He got them last year and had good things to say about them.

@sabtaj1, did you have any issues with O2 sensors running E85 on SP headers ?

The ARH ones are like $1600 which are a few hundred cheaper then Kooks.

Havent looked at the Corsa or Stainless Power yet.
