Great job, I'll try to remember to wear some type of gloves when I start on mine next week. Knowing me, I'll remember the gloves after cutting up my hands.
Great work, hope your hand gets better!

i have these too, love them. perfect spot to store my wallet
I have these too, aside from making closing the door less involving I think they do serve a purpose. I need to wrap mine with some kind of cloth material to prevent rattle noises when something is in there.

Found a local guy with a Need for Green car and swapped my green trim Bullitt Recaros for his stock white trim Recaros... looks SOOOO much better with the red paint. Also actually got to drive it for the first time in a month, upper 40's and dry, pretty rare in Pittsburgh for Dec 30!

:like: A Christmas Present to myself really happy with the new look
Did you re-use the same bolt that tightens the steering wheel? I read somewhere you need a new one since they're per use bolts.

I swapped out the crappy one chrome lug nuts with gorilla black finish ones. They look and are so much better than the stock ones. Makes my PP2 wheels look so much better.

The bolt is a normal bolt. No need to get a new one, and I've never read that, plus the CJ Pony Parts video does not show changing out the bolt, nor does the hundreds of other youtube videos.

I saw on here that someones wheel got loose in the middle of driving after a swap and torque - I'd search for it but I'm lazy :(

No used the same nut it’s not really tight so honestly couldn’t see why they changed it? I would say Rs only about 40lbft I undid it with one hand so just retightened it the same

I would assume the Wrench of Torque is a necessity for the job. Maybe he didn't have the correct torque specs?

But, of course, you could use some thread-locker.
