I removed the sound tube on my 2020 GT this morning. What a pain in the ass! I removed the tube on my 2017 GT and remember it being kind of difficult to get to the stud on the firewall that holds it on, but I don't remember it being that difficult. Ended up pulling the two rear coil packs on the drivers side for a little more room to get my hand in there and used a 10 mm deep socket and 1/4" drive ratchet. Took forever when you can only get one click at a time with the ratchet due to the limited room. Glad that is done with! When I put everything back together, I also left the engine cover off, see no need to keep that thing on there.

I haven’t driven it yet and to be honest, with studded snow tires on I’m not sure I’ll tell a difference until I switch back. They say there’s no NVH but helps Stabilize the rear under hard acceleration and cornering, which we on this forum never do.

I laugh, because its true. majority of us just drive daily, hard acceleration straight lines. to actually utilize the goodies we need a track

What Jack are you using to get the car that high to put the blocks under.

Just a old Craftsman 3 ton jack. Jack right under the side mirror and it jacks the whole side up.
