To enjoy the night. To be quiet and enjoy the sounds of nature. Stereo off, low RPMs, windows down, active exhaust in quiet mode.

Would have been the perfect time for a convertible.
Haha yea I get it, I guess it was a poor attempt at humor. For me, the sounds of night are best heard not driving so I probably wouldn't bother with quiet anything, plus the louder I am the less likely to road kill.... I'm also from the country so the sounds of night aren't very novel to me anymore. Different strokes for different folks and all that. Although, maybe it would be different if I had a quiet option haha....hmmmm

Years ago when I had my foxbodys I would turn my lights off on perfect moonlit nights back in the middle of no where, you could see for miles down the road. The experience of driving with your lights off at night under a full moon is very eerie and one of a kind

Driving v. nature department: In the mid-1950s my car was an MGTD. On the full-moon-lit nights of Arkansas in August or so I could drive without headlights, enjoying the play of light over the road and meadows along it, and the reflection of moonlight on shiny leaves of the magnolia trees. Only it wasn't moonlight, it was lightning bugs doing their survival dances. Even better for the full exposure to the night: the TD's windscreen folded down for a genuine bugs-in-the-teeth experience.

Took mine to my Step-Son's shop and had: (no pics, sorry) SR Performance Resonator Delete Kit (H pipe), J&M SS Teflon Brake Hose F&R, Power Stop Evolution Slotted and Cross-Drilled Rotors. Power Stop Z23 & Z33
Brake Pads F&R all installed today. Then performed the obligatory brake pad run-in procedure.

Noticed a ton of corrosion on the battery terminals so I went to town on them and the cables with deoxit and baking soda/water solution. What a mess the battery box was filled with blue and white dust. This has been a continuing problem in this south Florida summer weather and the last two oil changes Ive been recommended a new battery by the tech. Figured it was finally time to buy a summit d4700 AGM as a preventative maintenance/corrective action so I don't have to replace cables later like many here. It'll be here Monday

Did a little painting this week. I think I need to add a little black. Not sure if I should just do the Powered by Ford or include the indented lines.

Look'n good. I'd do the letters and the lines in another color. Mostly because they are there.

Servicing dealer found it last month on Ford's dealer tech site when the '19 CA Special was in for routine maint. Not sure what all it did except the service mgr used the IDS equip. Yesterday, the Bullitt had its turn. Must correct software glitches somewhat like the updates from Google and Apple. I'm betting security software settings to keep hackers from remotely gaining access to one's vehicle. Our CID unit has already popped one group that was driving through parking lots at major stores with a laptop containing software designed to remote unlock a vehicle. That is why I have the horn and light flash feature shut off on my cars for lock/unlock.

Putting in a new radiator. No idea how a hole got into it.
