Don't forget to turn off traction control and burn rubber out of the parking lot. It's a rite of passage.

Enjoy your new ride!

Took it to a small “Covid-19 safe” bar on a peninsula accompanied by a 2019 A10 and 2007 Shelby GT for fish and chips and a Moosehead lite beer.

swapped my h-pipe with a Borla Switchfire X-pipe that i purchased a few months ago. definitely a different and slighly louder sound (compared to h-pipe), especially around 4-5K RPM range. when driving in 3rd gear between 70-75, it sounds superb. :)

You may be right. Could be a bit toooo much.

@Dan243 Did you order a different type of leather for the stitched diamond areas? Looks like it has a matte finish or it's Alcantara. Really looks great! Now that I've seen your conversion, you've got me thinking I need another upgrade. Is there a part# for this set?
I am thinking blue stitching but I also think the red stitch would look great in a blue car. Some contrast.
I will look for the part number and message it to you, the middle is suedezkin.

Cleaning asphalt off tires. Last night coming home near Construction part of the highway had fresh asphalt spilled on the road‍♂
If anyone has any suggestions that would be very helpful. I’m hopping wd40 with some scrubbing will work.

Drove it around for about 30 minutes before sunset on a rare sunny, not humid day in Pittsburgh, feeling pretty badass (even though I'm really not!), and enjoyed all the looks from people at the ice cream stand as I burbled past :sunglasses: ... feeling no desire to change up the exhaust, still loving the Scorpion axle-backs even after having them for a while now.

Ha this reminds me of my most embarrassing Mustang moment...

In around 2007-ish time frame I had a local Ford dealer swap out the 3.27 rear axle on my 1999 Cobra with 3.73's. Picked it up on a beautiful sunny day and a couple mechanics came out to hear me drive off the lot. One said "light 'em up, let us enjoy our work!". No problem says I, and proceeded to dump the clutch out of the lot...with the traction control still on. It bogged for a few seconds and then pulled away with a whimper. DOH!

I'm thinking a burnout might solve your problem.

Either that or make it worse and get things even more embedded, I'm not a rocket scientist so can't say for sure.

Pressure washer should help make it a lot easier. Use the black tip first and if that doesn't work, try the green or red tips on the tires only.

Changed oil - Rotate tires

Cleaned Wheel wells and everything I could see while the tires where off. Looks beautiful underneath. Like to keep it that way.

Surprisingly the only rust underneath the car is from the Steeda jacking rails. Pretty good for a New York car. I did drive it thru just 1 winter season but I was lucky as it was a mild winter. In 2017 I bought a truck to take on the salt.
