Fixed my front lip pinstripe. The front red rubber strip I added was fading because of the sun to pinkish clear. So since the red vinyl stripe in the back hadn’t faded, I decided to put red vinyl on top of the faded rubber strip. Looks much more vibrant.

Out and about. Saw this cool S197 in the background too.

It looks very clean over there. Is that the Wasatch Mountains? My Dad grew up looking at them, and throughout the rest of his life put out considerable effort to find a place with a view of mountains. It seemed to be part of his personality to look at mountains and be calmed.

Where, in particular, is the Sinclair station? Could be worth a side trip if we're in the area.

Yes, that's the Utah County portion of the Wasatch front. Definitely a very clean area, unless it's fire smoke season, haha. I definitely enjoy seeing the mountains every day. I didnt grow up here but I can definitely see a lot of good reasons to stay, the Mountains being one of them. The gas station is located in Elberta, which is a small town located south of Utah lake. Its definitely worth checking out. There's an old Amoco across the street from it.

No trunk light??? Bullitts definitely have the trunk light... looks like whoever assembled your S550 that day was asleep... Bring it to Dealer and get one under warranty for a mis-build.

I misspoke , I do have one. Its been always daylight when I've had the trunk open and never saw it. It tucked up in there to.

Finished upgrading my audio. Using Kicker 2-ways in the doors and put a small Kicker sub in the rear deck all powered by a new amp. Sounds so much better. The Stereo Information thread was invaluable.

My first attempt at FORScan. Set the EQ to "0". Worked like a charm. That'll hold me over until I get the gumption up to swap out the speakers.

cut the center speaker wire under kick panel if you have 9 or 12 speaker.
