Excellent informative video! Thanks for sharing.
Here you go: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/2019-gt350-dyno-by-motortrend.127187/You know what, this is the very reason forums often suck, everyone is an expert at nothing. I ask a simple question asking if anyone has done a comparison of the 19/20 cars versus earlier and every “know it all” comes out of the wood works with their panties in a wad, all engineering experts without truly knowing a damn thing about what Ford has really done or any about their testing. Simple question, on the same “unreliable” dyno, same day, same atmospheric conditions, car comparison, close enough, what are the results? Is there a difference? For those offended, sorry that was not the intent. I love cars and asked a simple question in that spirit. Chill out guys, we are all impressed with your knowledge but my original question has not been answered so just say, “good question, I just don’t know for sure, I have not tried that.” Go do a burnout or something to relieve your anxiety!
you got equivalent wear <17 engine and a 19+ engine sitting around to do the swap in the same day? How do you not understand that 3 dyno runs of the same car and the same engine done 5 minutes apart do NOT produce identical results?Simple question, on the same “unreliable” dyno, same day, same atmospheric conditions, car comparison, close enough, what are the results?
Hello? What magazine article do you think I was referring to in post 296? Maybe you should read the thread before you make a wise ass comment like this? Here you go: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/2019-gt350-dyno-by-motortrend.127187/
This was discussed so many times. BTW, you may use internet search to find the info yourself.
Well ever heard the expression common sense isn't common? This is a ridiculous suggestion of motor swaps...LOL! There are many cars with super low miles and the comparison should be simple. But if it makes you feel like a winner...you win! It is impossible to compare, I'm stupid, you are the smartest winner. Thank you, thank you. No chance there could be any difference between the first and second gen motors, you're right. Damn, what a stupid question. I feel so stupid, you are so smart.you got equivalent wear <17 engine and a 19+ engine sitting around to do the swap in the same day? How do you not understand that 3 dyno runs of the same car and the same engine done 5 minutes apart do NOT produce identical results?
It's not about MT magazine. Read entire thread, a lot of posts in there to answer your question(including dyno comparisons) instead of writing stupid responses.Hello? OK got it, before you can ever make a comment or ask a question, the rule here is to search the infinite number of posts made anytime in the past. Not going to happen...It's not about MT magazine. Do you remember what was your question about?OK got it, before you can ever make a comment or ask a question, the rule here is to search the infinite number of posts made anytime in the past. Not going to happen...
I have a suggestion, if anyone has negative and non-constructive comments, don't post them. Forums are suppose to be enjoyable and helpful. If this is not the intent of some, keep your comments to yourself. If anyone wants to blow any comment I make out of proportion, just do me a favor and don't reply. I will NOT do a internet search before every comment or casual question that really isn't that important. Every forum has a few low class and disrespectful jerks hiding behind a keyboard posing as an expert of nothing in life on it, I obviously found them!![]()
so you'll just be lazy and pollute the signal to noise ratio of a thread instead... Search Engines - helping people look less stupid.I will NOT do a internet search before every comment or casual question that really isn't that important
Yes, KA indicates that engine is gen2. yours production date was on May 9th 2019....I assume this means "Gen 2", "Job 2" or whatever the buzz phrase is![]()
Is that the motor or the whole car?Yes, KA indicates that engine is gen2. yours production date was on May 9th 2019.
motor. car assembly production date is on the pillar by the driver's door or on the monroney sticker (window sticker). Is that the motor or the whole car?
