Has anyone treid the Ford Performance BOSS style midpipe? That would probably sound awesome with the 5.2.
The GT350 could have benefited from a few Boss options. The side exhaust mid pipe would have been outstanding as would the additional Track Key programming.

Different size piping. Shelby version of the double helix X is different. Selling the Corsa Sport?

Long tubes feed small custom made resonators, flex joint, custom X, custom long resonators, H pipe and into the custom mufflers. Only two pics I have right now are these. they did A LOT of R&D on this set up including vibration and false knock detection. As of the time of these pictures, this went into the factory mufflers. With the new mufflers its pretty amazing sounding.

Anyone install a 350R resonator delete section on their 350? I found one cut from a 350R on another site for sale - $90 and thought this would be a good way to go since everyone tries to compare the aftermarket resonator deletes to the R deletes

I have done multiple setups. I found the R size (2.75") to sound the best. I did the Corsa, it slowed throttle response and had less cabin noise than the R style. I think it related to the size of the X and 3" pipes on the Cora that reduced exhaust velocity.

I tried the 2.5" pipe and found some harmonic issues at 3500 rpm. I think the R sounded better due to larger pipe. I will PM you for details.

I like to disassemble things.
While I had the Rear Underbody Shield/Deflector off I installed 8 threaded nutserts so as to eliminate the plastic push-pins holding the Underbody Deflector to the Rear Diffuser.

@JohnVallo...

John, did you use the nutserts designed for plastic or regular ones for steel/sheetmetal?

I used the regular steel type (the same ones (Wide flange 1/4" x 20 rivet nuts) I also used for my Battery Cover hold-down solution) SEE The end of this post:
Simple (But Clever) CTEK Battery Tender panel Install
Just be a little careful when setting the nutserts in the plastic as it is softer than metal and doesn't take quite as much force to set them.
You may also want to use thin 3/8" washers on the back-side of the rivet nuts before setting them

Thanks John. I have them for both steel and plastic but wondered what you used here. As always, well done.

Anytime Tob,
I don't have any experience using the nutserts for plastic. How are they different from the ones for steel?

Nobody that I can find has tried this. I think I’m going to take the plunge and do it.

@JohnVallo
They are longer on the backside and have a softer crush. I used them on a Fox body Saleen fascia to pull everything together so I can bond everything and fill the holes later. They work very well.
