No,
You will have the 113mm flange on your 2015 manual. The picture you provided is the 110mm,
Which is what comes on all GT350’s, and 2015-2017 Automatic’s
The 113mm flange is what you need to fit your driveshaft.

Here is a write-up I did a while back
I helped 2 or 3 other members with swaps similar to yours.
They all said it helped them.

The main 2 concerns will be:
1. Pinion flange ( to driveshaft) size.
Gt350’s all have the 110mm flange
Your flange size depends on your transmission. If you have an automatic transmission. You should have the 110mm.
If you have a manual transmission you may have a 113mm flange. Will not work...
I usually shoot for Backlash = .008 to .010
But I also have noticed the angle with which you are checking backlash can vary your reading.
(Your Dial Indicator needs to be exactly perpendicular to the tooth)
Also, Checking the backlash with gear marking compound on the teeth will give you a lower...
This pattern looks pretty good to me.
I assume you meant: (.041) pinion shim
Showing just a little heavy towards the root of the ring gear (as being too deep)
Ideally, more pinion distance would help (Thinner Pinion shim)
Most of the Super 8.8 rears I have set-up, I used between .035 - .040...
A lot of times the stamping number will be Very Similar to the actual part number.
Proper identification will be from:
Year, Model
or Measuring Inside Diameter at the flange's mating surface, (110mm, or 113mm)

The Black residue in the rear-gear oil is pretty normal.
This is just a result of the Black Oxide coating wearing off of the Ring and Pinion.
Ford doesn't see this as a problem.
I've had 7 or 8 different GT350 Torsen rears apart and they all look like this. (Pretty nasty looking stuff). I have...
The resistance or loading just makes for a more definitive pattern/contrast on the gears.
The contact area will appear darker, giving you a more exact reading.
There are various ways to run a contact pattern.
In my case, my favorite method is to hold resistance on the pinion with my left hand...

I also sent you a PM.
In May 2019 I did a lot of experimenting with these Dampers on my 2016 GT350.
I actually bought (2) FR3Z-4A263-A Dampers.
A Longer Bolt was needed, and I had to grind-off the protruding square nubs on the dampers to get a correct fit.
I believe at that time I had a 4.88 Ring and Pinion...
You should connect with this forum member as he just did basically the same thing with a new driveshaft that you may want to do. He did a lot of research and got the correct part number for the driveshaft. (He purchased the Torsen 3.73 from me)

I bought My 2016 GT350 about an hour after it was delivered to the Dealer in Apopka, Florida in Dec. 2015. (I was waiting for it)
This car had (0) options with it, (except the 1300 gas guzzler tax)

If you still have an OEM setup, You CAN drop the pumpkin/carrier out without dropping the Subframe.
The forward 2 carrier to Subframe bolts Can be removed with the subframe in place.
