Well. Hopefully, OP hasn't given up yet. No one is born knowing how to diagnose and fix cars and at least he is asking.

The best reply is to check compression. I also like checking to make sure it is oil coming out of the exhaust. With what little that was given, head gasket sounds like the best places to start.

If he is asking questions like this, I am also going to assume he didn't install the blower. Take it to the shop that did. Previous owner? Check with him to see who did and go there. Ford service is where I go for warranty issues. They don't like dealing with aftermarket parts unless they installed them. I think that's why the quote was so large.

Compression should lead you to the correct side. Once you know which side, I believe you can get the head off without taking the eng out. Should be just a couple of hrs of work if it's just a blown gasket. 4 or 5 maybe?

If you have a cracked head/block? ughhh. Going to get pricy.

Good luck!

Looks like we lost the OP. Now we'll never know which cylinder blew.

7 quarts in 600 miles. There's no hope for that engine. Good news is that he'll never need an oil change. He can just keep adding the oil while the car burns the "old" stuff.

Hey All,

My bad for no replies. I was out of town for work. I think I misinformed a bit..

My friends car was blowing white smoke for a few months but I forgot to mention he didn't drive it all those months. He had to store it away until he had time to get it diagnosed. Only problem with his car is that its a 980WHP Supercharged and completely modified car and I know you all will understand when I say we all know it wasn't gonna be a cheap fix.

He took it to Galpin Ford which of course didn't do shit but thankfully, his friend worked at another dealer and was able to submit a claim while hiding the fact that it is supercharged. That dealer told him he needs either a new short block or long block but ofcourse it is still going to be costly. He now has ordered a short block and from what I know, he said he might as well go full on crazy and send off his entire engine bay and everything it consists of to be fully built to handle 1500+ HP. I will update everyone on anything we hear for the car!
