Whats going on guys, trying to see what mods out there are actually worth it.

As of right now im waiting on my Lund E85 tune. Not sold on a CAI seeing that debate going in another thread they dont seem to do much for these cars. Then again, another guy said that they pick up 20+ higher in the rpm's. LTH seem to be a stout choice, but then i have to debate on a full system or factory connect, and what brand to get. I seen that Corsa now has a set, any experience in here with those?
Aside from boost, not sure what bolt ons are worth it. Not trying to break the bank just yet as i am set on going turbo in the future, which makes me debate running LTH's for a while and sell them or not even mess with them yet.

Corsa LTH and cat deletes are being installed as we speak. I will post about the results.

Very interesting. Any opinions on the 2 1/4" pipe and possible restriction? I assume this is the stock size. OP, I hope this is helpful because it feels like a threadjacking.

Not sure were your track is but these are my time slips. Only mods are tires and suspension.

Yahtzee!! That is unfortunate. Those folk must be VERY disappointed. Any suggestions as to why? Clearly that is not the norm. Maybe a combo of a bad track prep, poor da and horrible 60??? I would think you have to work pretty hard to run 14 plus in these cars.

i think abig impact for stock times is the drag mode and 3.55 gear. and of course a tire good enough to put the power down.

Too many variables left out (DA, tires, 60ft, etc...) to give this comment relevance.

Completely stock with low 1.9 60 footers in ~200ft DA air my 18 A10 was running 12.1X at 118mph. I weight 180Lbs.

Do you care about stopping and handling, or just straight line speed? Serious question to figure out what you are looking to get out of the car.

I went stopping and handling first. Speed is next on the list.

Both, but depending on what helps out more is what is going to determine how i go about it. For example if a set of springs helps ride and handling more so than a CAI helps performance, ill go with springs.
